It was a memorable weekend with the BMW M3 GT2 at Endurance Racing Legends in Spa-Francorchamps.

The weather forecast for Friday’s qualifying was actually dry, but it started to drizzle just in time for the first qualifying session. Yannik decided to go on the hunt for times in the later night qualifying session, which went very well. With P4 in the dry night qualifying Yannik secured P7 on the grid to set the stage for two incredibly wet races.

With zero rain seat time in this car, the approach was cautious. Taking it step by step Yannik improved lap after lap and came home with two solid top 10 finishes. The BMW M3 GT2 performed flawlessly.

Next stop is the season highlight Le Mans Classic.
